What if I received an incorrect item?

If you received the wrong item with your order, we sincerely apologize for the mistake and want to make it right.

To request a replacement, simply use our self-service return portal HERE. Enter your order number and email address to get started.

Once you're in, select "Start an Exchange" to return the incorrect item and request the correct one. While you're receiving a replacement, the system will process it as an exchange.
