We typically process and ship orders within 48 business hours of the order being placed (Monday through Friday). If expedited was selected at checkout, your order will ship the same day if placed before 1 PM. If placed after 1 PM your order will ship out the following business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. Please note that any items marked as preorder will ship at a later time. The estimated ship date for preorder items is listed on the product page and is also shown next to the item during checkout.
If you need to expedite your order after checkout, just send us a message using the chat bubble below. Be sure to include your order number and the expedited shipping service you'd like to use. We'll do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. If we’re able to expedite it, our team will email you an invoice for the additional shipping cost. Please note that once an order is in transit, we’re unable to make any changes to the order or shipping method.
