When will I receive my order?

We typically process and ship orders within 48 business hours of the order being placed (Monday through Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, including an estimated delivery date.

If you need to expedite your order after checkout, feel free to contact us at support@onegoldenthread.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to make changes to the order or shipping method.
