What if I received a damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the level of craftsmanship we intend to send out into the world, and we want to make it right.

Please email our Customer Bliss team at support@onegoldenthread.com with your order number and a photo clearly showing the damage. We’ll swiftly send out a replacement with expedited shipping at no additional cost. In some cases, we may also ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid return label that we’ll provide.
