We've made it quick and easy to request a replacement through our self-service return portal HERE. Simply enter your order number and email address to get started.
Once logged in, select “Start an Exchange” to return the defective item and choose the same product to be sent as a replacement. Please note that while this is a replacement, it will be processed as an exchange within the portal.
