My item has become defective — what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear your item isn’t holding up — that’s not the craftsmanship we aim to put out into the world. While we do not offer repair services, we’re happy to make it right.

  • We accept returns for defective items within 30 days of delivery.
  • We’ll gladly provide a replacement item once the defective product is returned.
  • Return shipping is covered for domestic orders.
  • Items received beyond the 30-day window are not eligible for replacement.
