Can I update or cancel my order?

We’re happy to try and accommodate updates to your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once an order has left our studio, we’re unable to make any modifications.

To request a change, please reach out to our Customer Bliss team at support@onegoldenthread.com and include your order # and your desired updates.

Kindly note that discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively once payment has been processed.
